2. Program Description

When you contact Keepr through the chat widget on our /contact page, you may opt in to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages are sent in response to your inquiry and to provide customer service and support related to the Keepr platform. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate, explicit consent. Keepr Tech LLC may send two categories of messages: transactional messages (appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service inquiry responses) and, with separate explicit consent, promotional messages (service follow-ups, seasonal reminders, and referral requests).

3. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Keepr by submitting your phone number through the chat widget on our /contact page and confirming that you agree to receive text messages. By submitting your number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Keepr Tech LLC at the number provided. Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Keepr Tech LLC. The consent checkboxes in our chat widget are not pre-checked or pre-selected. To opt in, you must independently and affirmatively check at least one checkbox before submitting your phone number. Submission without checking a consent box will not opt you in.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. You will only receive messages in response to your inquiries and as needed to provide the service or support you requested.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. Keepr is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.

Reply HELP to any message from Keepr to receive help and contact information. You can also reach us at hello@getkeepr.net.

7. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Keepr to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further SMS messages from us. If you want to opt back in, contact us through the chat widget on our /contact page.

8. Supported Carriers

Keepr SMS messages are supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and conditions of the recipient's wireless service.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. The phone number you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide the Keepr service. 11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS messages from Keepr. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the phone number you have provided is your own or that you have permission to receive messages at that number.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued opt-in after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
